The mission of the Edison International Political Action Committee (EIPAC) is to encourage Edison employees to participate in the political process and support candidates who share our company’s perspective on key business issues. EIPAC is bipartisan and not affiliated with any political party, candidate, or organization. It is supported solely through voluntary contributions from eligible Edison employees.

Political Transparency

In 2021, Edison International was recognized as a "Trendsetter" by the Center for Political Accountability, a non-profit, non-partisan organization working to bring transparency and accountability to corporate political spending, in its Index of Corporate Political Disclosure and Accountability. The Trendsetter category highlights leaders in the S&P 500 for their commitment to transparency and accountability. The Index is issued annually in conjunction with the Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
